What size are the Nursing Reference Cards?
The badge cards are 2.125 x 3.375 inches - same size as a standard credit card
Are the Nursing Reference Cards flimsy?
No, the cards are not flimsy - they were designed to be the same thickness as a standard credit card. The cards are of high quality and are very durable. Additionally, the cards withstand fluids and disinfectant wipes.
Do you offer both vertically and horizontally hole-punched cards?
Yes! After many requests, we have created both vertically and horizontally hole-punched reference cards! Now, regardless of your ID badge orientation you can add on our reference cards for a seamless look. Shop all reference cards here
Is all of the information on the cards accurate?
At NurseIQ we try our best to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information, however we cannot guarantee that all of the information on the reference cards is accurate. Additionally, certain information such as lab values or nursing interventions can vary from facility to facility. Please refer to your facility's policy for the most reliable source of information. The reference cards are not to be used in substitution of your institution's policies, procedures, or guidelines. No refunds or returns will be accepted for information inaccuracy reasons.
I live in the US - will I be charged in USD or CAD?
All items on the store are listed in CAD originally. You can opt to change the currency to USD if you wish, however if you shop with the CAD currency showing - not to worry - your bank will automatically convert the charge to USD. You do not have to do anything on your end for this conversion to happen.
I made an error in my shipping address - can I have it changed?
Please send an e-mail to contact@nurse-iq.com as soon as possible - some orders are processed as quickly as 30 minutes, so edits need to be made ASAP. A $5 charge will be incurred by the customer for any address changes.
