Shipping may be delayed due to high postal service demands

Free Shipping

Orders shipping to Canada and US that are over $150 after any discounts are eligible for free shipping with coupon code NURSEIQ. 

Postal Service

Orders shipped within Canada are processed by Canada Post. Orders shipped to the US are processed by USPS. International orders are processed by PostNL, APC Postal Logistics, or UPS depending on the shipping option the customer opts for.

Tracking

Tracking is included on all orders shipped to the US, Canada, and internationally. Tracking information will be sent to the e-mail provided during checkout. 

Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 72 business hours. Items released on a pre-order basis will be processed when the item is physically available (the processing date is listed on the product page at time of purchase).

Shipping Time

Orders shipped within Canada are typically received within 4-10 business days after the order has been processed. Orders shipped to the US are typically received within 4-5 business days after the order has been processed. Orders shipped internationally are typically received within 25 business days after the order has been processed.  

Shipping Address Edit

If you made an error in your shipping address, please send an e-mail to contact@nurse-iq.com as soon as possible for edits to be made ASAP. A $5 charge will be incurred by the customer for any address changes.

Product Return
If an order is returned to sender due to incorrect shipping address and the customer does not want a replacement sent out for a re-shipping fee, a full refund minus the shipping cost will be returned to the customer.

Price of shipping may change depending on the order weight and size.
